Owner-Occupied Home--Structurally Unsafe

This is a house one of us made an offer on in E. Richardson (another investor snatched it).  The realtor from the listing office thought it was a teardown.  The owner was living there recently until he passed away.  It was structurally unsafe!

Load-bearing post at the front of the house was dangling.

Many branches had fallen on the house.

Kitchen faucet was detached and unusable.

You can see how dirty the cabinets are even from the picture. (None of our tenants would rent this house!)
