Is it really worth inspecting a well-maintained house like this?

The city should be directing its resources on cracking down on problem properties.

Below is the rental that was subject of court action by the city because the tenant wouldn't allow them to inspect.

This is the rental property one of us just sold to a homeowner (not in Richardson).

This is a rental property (with a mandatory HOA) in Garland.  When we showed this picture to Garland's city council, they said, "Oh, no, we aren't talking about that kind of property."
